We can’t guess

his religious affinity or identity

but all through the week

he exhibits his talent in one religion or the other

His art emporium is the foot path itself

and he exhibits chalk portraits of variety of GODs

depending on the day ,it relates

Mon , Tues,  wed and Thursday

He portrays Siva,Hanuman, Ayyappa and Saibaba respectively

and unfailingly on Saturday ,he paints  the lord of seven hills

Friday his paintings  appear at masjid or mosque

And definitely on Sunday he portrays Christ or mother Mary

All his hard work is unperturbed ,unhindered and undisturbed

Except by the rain GOD HIMSELF,  in his own explicit ways

He by person  somehow, is not available at the artistic site

But coins gifted by the onlookers only have their interface with us

He will not beg alms from any body

But the  people who gift coins,

 pray for some benefit  or the other as a boon

 from the portrayed Almightiest

they undoubtedly are the real beggars

 that crave for bountifuls

but not the colourful painter at all.
